Product Return Policy
SortJoy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it. You can return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date (with original packaging). No questions asked! No restocking fees!
- Email email@example.com or call 415-592-5786 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
- As a small business we do our best to make our return policy as gracious as possible. At this time we do not accept any returns after 30 days from the receipt date.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or that your item is defective in any way, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand your frustration and we want to make it right!
- To cancel an order, please contact SortJoy as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
- All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the purchase.
