SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
United States Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. Packages typically take 4 - 7 days from order placement to delivery.
SortJoy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it. You can return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date (with original packaging).
- Email email@example.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. As the buyer, you are responsible for return shipping. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund once the items are received back at our warehouse. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we, of course, will cover return shipping.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or that your item is defective in any way, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand your frustration and we want to make it right!
- To cancel an order, please contact SortJoy as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
- All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the purchase.
