United States Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Please allow 2 business days after placing your order for processing. Packages typically take 2 - 7 days from order placement to delivery.

RETURNS - Start your return here

SortJoy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we want to know about it. You can return your unused purchase within 30 days of the receipt date (with original packaging). 

  1. Start your return here by entering the email address you placed the order with and your order number to receive your return authorization.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the amount from your refund once the items are received back at our warehouse. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we, of course, will cover return shipping. 
  3. Please package your return items securely in the original packaging or smallest box possible.
  4. Your return needs to be in unused condition to be accepted.
  5. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or that your item is defective in any way, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand your frustration and we want to make it right!
  6. To cancel an order, please contact SortJoy as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
  7. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
  8. All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the purchase.

    1. Visit our exchange portal here
    2. Enter the email address used for your order and your order number.
    3. Follow the prompts to initiate your exchange. Currently, exchanges are limited to different colors of the same item. To place an order for a different SortJoy item, you can return the original item and place a new order for the new item.
    We Cover Return Shipping on Exchanges! We'll provide you with a free, pre-paid return shipping label to make exchanges hassle-free.
